A Hoppy Dude Original recipe.  This Oktoberfest exhibits one main character above all else:  malt.  Hops plays a very small role in this beer as it has a complex array of malt flavors in the taste.  With that said, this beer is not sweet.  This is a beer to be consumed in large quantities having a nice dry finish.
